Who we are

Identities AI, Inc. (“Identities AI,” “we,” “us”) operates the website at identities.aiand the Ratify Protocol™ reference implementations published at github.com/identities-ai.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the marketing website at identities.ai, the Ratify alpha waitlist, and the open-source repositories at github.com/identities-ai. Ratify Verify, our managed control plane, is currently in private alpha; during the alpha, this policy continues to apply. A product-specific privacy policy will be published when self-serve Verify access opens.

What we collect

• Waitlist submissions. If you submit the alpha waitlist form, we collect the name, email, organization, and intent you provide. We use this to contact you about access, to gauge demand, and to coordinate alpha access.
• Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-less and does not identify individual users. It records aggregate page views, approximate location, and referrer to help us understand which pages are useful.
• Server logs. Our Cloudflare edge logs standard HTTP request metadata (IP, user-agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. Logs are retained for 30 days.

What we do not collect

• We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not train AI models on waitlist data.

How long we retain it

Waitlist submissions are retained until you ask us to delete them or for as long as the alpha program is open, whichever is shorter. Email hello@identities.ai to request deletion of your record at any time.

Your rights

If you are a California, EEA, UK, or Canadian resident, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@identities.ai.

Security

Waitlist data is stored in Cloudflare KV with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is limited to Identities AI personnel with a business need. Vulnerability reports about identities.ai or any Ratify reference implementation should go to security@identities.ai.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page; the “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
